New
Our new pallets provide you with the best possible value through consistent quality and performance. As a large new pallet manufacturer, we offer a wide variety of lumber species, dimensions and grades. We build to your specifications following the industry-standard guidelines set forth by the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association.
Recycled
HD’s recycled pallets are cost-effective and environmentally friendly while still maintaining the same quality and care that ensure your products get from one location to another. Stringer
The most commonly used pallet. Wooden stringer pallets are fully customizable and are easy to repair, reuse, and recycle. A solid or notched stringer (“2×4”) is used to support the top and bottom deck boards. Depending on the product being shipped, these pallets can be customized with stringers added or removed as needed.
Block
Block pallets, or four-way pallets, are made with rectangular, square space blocks between the top and bottom decks as opposed to a stringer. Block pallets offer increased openings for forklift or pallet jack entry. Also, bock pallet construction typically offers increased strength and durability compared to most stringer pallets increasing the lifespan of the pallet.
Skid
Skid pallets are designed to support heavier objects such as equipment and other various types of machinery. Most notably, skid pallets do not have bottom decking which makes them easier to slide offering an ability to maneuver typically cumbersome products to their desired locations.

These pallets are built around the specific dimensions of your products and/or customer compliance. We offer custom pallet design and consultation to ensure your products are safe and secure during

Our design and use analysis ensures that you’re getting superior performance at the best possible price. We train our sales team at the Virginia Tech Center for Packaging and Unit Load Design. Our team knows how pallet design and selection affects materials handling costs, and we understand the fundamentals of stringer and block pallet design and performance.
